How data gets in
Submit. A source system, a file upload, or a field visit sends data in.
Match & validate. Each row is checked against its schema and matched to a school — never inferred from name or location alone.
Review. Anything that doesn't match cleanly is held for a person to resolve, not silently dropped.
Report. Accepted data joins the shared registry, ready for dashboards and reports.
